  Tim and his late father have been in the auction business for several years. Well know in the area as a fair and honest auction company. I've never heard any complaints. However, some people are hard to please or could be misinformed.

  This gentleman completely took advantage of a grieving family and a widow. 91% success rate auctioning homes, but attempted to force an elderly woman to sell a home for $60,000 under it's value. Tons of promises with no return. Absolutely no communication. His "attorney" admitted to trying to force someone to sign documents that would be unlawful. They have both been reported to the proper authorities. Stay away from this criminal. Use Craigslist or another avenue to sell your items. This guy is a joke. Absolutely unacceptable.
